3. Technical Support
Our technical support team consists of three local team members, a teams set up in three states to handle routine problems. Collectively, we eat challenges like most people eat breakfast.
Technical Support is available for current clients. Typically, we can have a problem fixed within minutes. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours. The main challenge for most businesses is dealing with different representatives at different times. With us, you deal with one or two people consistently.
